From flooring crew to full general contractor
One company carrying the full range of the work, still hands-on, on every job.
Lovepreet Singh started the company in 2021, working flooring and coating installations across the Fraser Valley. Job by job, the scope grew: framing, finishing, full renovations, then complete commercial build-outs. The business was later amalgamated into Python Contracting: one company, carrying the full range of that work.
The company works design-build: one contract from drawings through occupancy, with every subcontractor hired and coordinated on your behalf instead of left for you to chase. That includes the city side of it, pushing permits through and clearing the paperwork for final occupancy, in whichever municipality the job sits in.
Most clients still come through referrals and repeat work. This site exists to give them, and everyone else, a clear look at what to expect before the first call.
